If need be, take a break, no harm in that. I failed L3 in 2010 (Band-10), took a break and got back and pinched it in it’s a$$ in 2012.
Already registered bro. I will give it my best shot this time.
JarJarBinks.. wow thats some determination you’ve got. I wont quit that’s for sure but I’m just seeking the best way to avoid failing this again…

the difference is not your morning paper but is your afternoon. This is the biggest mistake that most level III candidate does. Is like why are you putting most of your money on something that everyone knows that will not payoff handsomely while sacrifising something that is certain.
Make sure you ace afternoon paper while getting at least a scattered results for morning paper. Afternoon Paper should be at least in the region of 70 and above mate. See the people whom pass level III exams and their afternoon results. That is the difference between a pass and a fail.
Execution is the key. Maybe is not about your effort but is your strategy. You can train and putting the hours to be a world class goal keeper but if your position is a striker than is pointless. The main key is to minimise losses for morning paper and Focus on afternoon paper and this sound cliche but understand than memorise. Write short key points rather than a long essay. When our morning paper is out, compare with how you answer. Writting in those format is crucial. I remembered writting those papers from 2005 and it was painful and bloody hell annoying but is all worth it when you pass.
Trust me failure sucks big time but when you do pass it, it will mean so much more for you rather than anyone whom never tasted failure for cfa before.
I knew it personally cause in uni I failed 5 subjects, had mediocre exams result and a result that employers will not even called up for an interview. I preserved, I worked hard, I wanted to pass cfa badly and thankfully pass all 3 exams in one sitting and it tasted so much sweeter.
We humans are meant to fail. The only difference between those who succeeded and those who do not is how you response when youre down.
All the best mate!

thank you for your input. I will start preparing for this beast monday since my books went all the way from usa - germany - UAE - and hopefully will get to lebanon by monday.

I was thinking that even CP, one of the best people here who definitely KNOWS the material more than most people here, failed twice, even though he knows the material pretty well ..
Good luck everyone, especially Alladin, passme, CP..

What happened to Janakshri?

Guys, please advise me. I have kept off this forum since the whole scenario with the PCP investigation. When you said today is the last day to register for the exam, Are you saying that after today or sometime soon you cannot register and will not be able to do the 2013 exam.
It is bad enough being caught up in this mess, but I was hoping that if they take my paper and toss it in the bin at least I could get the oppurtunity to register and redo the ecam next year.
Please advise soonest

What he meant was the last day to register to get the early discount. The second discount is in Feb, and it will cost you about 100$ more, so just stay calm
