6 days before the exam, I try out the CFAI AM session full of confidence and end up scoring 58%.
I don’t know what else to do to get my score up.
Four months’ of studying for nothing.

I’m sure you’ll score much better on the real exam. You know the material. The mock exams are always harder than the real thing, everybody agrees on that.

I did it last night as well and I’m feeling like shit
This time in December I was smashing all mocks (including cfai)!

C’mon guys, don’t let this mock to get you down. You are going to kick this exam’s ass Saturday.

well, that is the hope - how was it for you?
I found ethics to be a bit tricky as well - it’s definitely not like L1 ethics. I had to sit back and really think hard about consequences of different options

My advise dont do on line mocks print them and treat them as EOC to build more confidence i did print from 2010-2015 my first attemp i so them to be too trick and hard but as i keep practicing them i now find them to be too easy and am very confident

I haven’t done the CFAI mock yet. Plan to do it tomorrow. It’s completely different from the topic assessments, right?

I’m scoring low 60s on the mocks, and I’ve been studying since last October and helping people on this board with their problems.
I don’t think of it much and I don’t let it interfere with my preperations, I’ll either pass, or I won’t. It’s pretty simple.

^I’m sure you’ll be fine - I’ve seen your posts. Go on a holiday come back morning of 6th june. Go for a pint in the break - you’ll be fine :)

L2 is a pain in the ass. Just did my last mock AM this morning, scored 70%. In december I was scoring 80%.
Do you think the old CFA mocks are worth it? I already did 7 mocks…

The old CFA mocks pre 2014 are 90% covered by the CFA Topical assesments (atleast content that is relavent). So not much bank for the buck sifting through those if you have done all the topical assesments.

To be honest with you I think 7 mocks is already WAY too much. The marginal benefit of doing another one is very low. Concentrate on your weak areas.

I scored 45% if that makes you feel better. I didn’t even get to finish on time!

I am mustering up the energy to do my the 2015 PM mock and I think that’s it. I was planning on doing maybe another one next week but I think that time is best geared towards :
1) Reviewing flash cards and formula retention
2) Review completed mocks
3) Skim through 11th hour guide
4) Relax

It’s a mind game. Don’t let these scores get at you. Debrief your mocks, note the material you don’t master, review it, hit an EOC or two on it, and carry on.

I got a 53 on the AM. Not too bothered. Going over the answers helps my confidence because I feel like I’m just adding onto the things I know.

I’ve noticed that the CFA mock vignettes are noticeably longer than any other mocks I’ve done…Anyone else feel this way too?
