Hi everyone,
1. I have some questions about the CFA level1. if you have already taken level 1 please share with us your knowledge.
I just wonder what the level of difficulty is level 1, because I was checking the sample exams in the CFA website and I felt that it is kind of easy, so for the prople who already took the exam do you think the sample exam is a mirror for the real exam of CFA level 1?
2. I know that the CFA does not publish its passing score, and according to their classifications if you answer 50% of the exam your level is poor from 50%-70% is from poor to average and from 70% and above is average to good. So can we conclude that you should answer at least 70% of the exam?
3. last question is, if there is any one from Buffalo, NY and wants to form studying group please contact me

Thank you guys,

1. Depends on your background. I would look at the actual material and then determine if you will have problems.

2. You should study each session with the intent on correctly answering as many questions as you can. If you don't know the answer, you guess.

Thank you batman,
My background in finance is not bad I am doing my master in economics with concentration in financial economics right now. But I still wonder is the difficulty of the exam as same difficulty of the sample exam that is published by the CFA.
Thank you again for your help and guidance,
