Studying for Level I in December 2009 and have only taken one intro accounting course.
Anyone have suggestions for good intro accounting sources: Schweser Audio CD, Notes, Intro Textbook, or a good “free” on-line source.
Thanks.

just do 1 chapter at a time. i’d never really touched accounting before and didn’t enjoy it either. but i recommend, when you do it, do it properly the first time even if it feels like its taking a long time.
in the cfa FSA cirriculum, 1 chapter pretty much follows the others and they all relate in a brain destroying way. just go front to back. do it properly. you get my drift. you’ll regret otherwise

I took L1 December last year with >70 in accounting. Prior to studying, I didn’t know what accural vs cash accounting was! (Zero accounting classes.)
Stalla worked for me. (Enhanced system)

true words my friend. and it WILL take a long time.
Do every problem before you move on.
if you get stuck/frustrated/bored with SS9 (and you will). mix it up with some SS10.
