Actual days

Do we have to know what is actual days in each quarter?
I’ve seen a question which the interest was based on actual days and the answer used 91,92,92,90 days for each quarter…

I’ve never seen a question from the real exam that required this knowledge.
I, for one, wouldn’t give it another thought.
