1) You are enough qualified to write questions about areas which you are studied for a long time;
2) You signed candidate pledge to not disclose non-public exam information;
3) You can produce exam questions from the concept you already know and general exam experience you already have (this is actually done by people in Schweser CFA program which claims that they passed CFA exams) and there is no difference in respect of actual exam questions whether you are passed exams 5-10 years ago and a months ago. But there is a fresh memory about concepts you have studied so far.
