Yeah, some of the section data is a bit out of date. You don’t need tyo memorise the rating of each country (doesn’t make sense, what if they changed just before the exam) but you shuold know the line between investment and junk status.
Funny how L2 material was super critical of rating agencies and now they come back with outdated info on ratings that you’re supposed to learn. I’m now in equity market valuation where the text formulates a “reasonable” expectation for China to grow at 9.25% long-term. REASONABLE???
Yeah, you’ll come across lots of unrealistic stuff throughout all levels of the curriculum (and most other places for that matter). Better just to focus on the task at hand… Stay on track and kill it on game day!
