AM - WTF was that!?!?!

i think AM is quite tough because the question sometimes came out of nowhere for me :(
i think i m not well prepared, missed many easy questions and some qualitative questions that i exactly dont know how to answer.
after that, i still think that i should get more than 60% on AM
PM was easier
anyway i think MPS should me around 65-70% according to my observation on this board and my friend.
and that’ really bad -.-

5 unanswered in the AM?
I made the laughable mistake of writing on the lined pages where I was supposed to write in a template for one problem.

+1 Made this mistake too. Probably cost me 5-10 minutes just to rewrite all the answers.

I’m a retaker - and believe it or not but CFAI did a better job of placing the bold “answer in the template” language this year than last year. Either way I made the same mistake last year, so I can relate. It’s a horrid feeling.

I answered all AM questions with 5 (five) minutes to spare out oft the 3 hours, but second-guessing myself if I should have been more thorough in answers instead of answering all questions. So it cuts both ways. Still, I’d rather finish than be thorough and hope I get partial credits for half-ass answers.
Greenie and ChickenTikka must be super geniuses.

Yes they annonced it, it was at the begining of the question instead of at the end

I have to disagree with most posters as well.
AM was long, but questions were not hard and they were not very different from what Schweser covered.
I spent too much time on Q1 and was rushing through last few questions, but none of them were hard.
PM was a walk in the park.

I found the AM session very straightforward content-wise but very challenging in terms of time management. I think I did well there.
PM session was really difficult for me (had to make a lot of guesses in ethics and alternative investments) and I’m hoping overall for a passing grade.

I have the same feeling, the morning exam was brutal
i feel i may have messed up as i answered only 10 questions and didnt have time to solve 1 question. I guess i spent too much time on initial questions more than mandated or may be my writing speed was slow.
the afternoon was easy, and finished in less than 2 hrs. dont know if i will pass
is there anybody who thinks that it is possible to pass without answering one question.?

I had the time, but didnt know what to answer in one question. Afternoon had lots of time, but had trouble with my weak areas..
I wont fret thinking about my chance, will wait for first week of august to know it. I gave it my all, if I dont cross thats fine, will take it next year!

Sooraj - just to be safe, you should probably remove references to a specific topic from your previous post.
Not that anyone can guess any exam content from what you said, but who knows how anal CFAI wants to be.
