I am a CFA candidate from Beijing. I have two questions when filling the enrollment form:
1.I cannot find the "country residence code" in the form, because the form only have 4 pages, not 8 pages.
2.My indenditification number has 18 numbers, but the blank only given 16 numbers�Chow can I filling the blank ?
