Answering Behavioral questions

I had thought you would need to naswer using the main terms.
However doing the EOC quesitons, i see CFAI using terms like Loyalty effects (duh), and familiarity (duh).
If you expect a company to continue to be a good invesmtent as it has been in the past — wouldn’t this be representativeness? and not status quo? Or both?
I guess you really just need ot put down terms that make “sense.”

Loyalty effect and familiarity are terms that you will find in the curriculum. They don’t come out of nowhere. You won’t have to figure out your own terms to answer the questions. I admit there are quite a lot of concepts like these ones in the course so you will probably never remember them all. I guess you don’t need them all to pass, i think it’s too much really. Just do as much as you can
