I was freeked out after leaving the AM session but got a positive feeling for PM. Do you guys have any idea of what the MPS could be? If its 70% im dead!

Let me make a guess here.
I make an assumption that the average of top 1% students lost 8-10 points in the AM and lost 1 question in PM.
Thus, AM = 170/180 =94.4%
PM = 177/180 = 98.33%
Total would be 347/360 = 96.4%, a 70 % of this mark would be the MPS , so around 67.5%. This score is consistent to some of the analysis someone did here.
Anyway, just for fun~

oh shit, MPS of 67.5% will fuck my chances. I was hoping for 63-64%.
Neways if for last 2 years MPS for L2 was 62-65% approx. then why is L3 MPS so high? ne specific reason?

67.5% is way too high. 63%-65% would be fairer for this one. Its kind of discouraging. You spend tons of hours mastering the LOS and you cant even answer the questions, not because you did not study enough but just coz you ran out of time.

^ Amen brother and I hope I get 1% more than whatever CFAI decides to set MPS to.

There is absolutely no way the MPS is a 67. You can’t base the MPS off of what you see on AF. There is also no way the top 1% scored a 94. Someone spent a lot of time analyzing L3 results from AFers a few years ago. Using various approaches to the 40/60/80 rule they found the MPS to be in the 62-63 range. I have no doubt it will be much different this year.

Also, 59/60 in the PM for 1% of the candidate population!?? You’ve lost it man. The most prepared candidates on AF were scoring 50-55/60 for the 13 mock and that was really high compared to us mere mortals.

trying to predict MPS and your own score is hopeless and a waste of time.
forget about the exam - it is over. you will never know your exact score or the MPS, so stop with the nonsense

Yeah for Level 3 it should be no higher than mid 60s….for Level 2, I’d have to think it was maybe high 60s to 70

Am I the only one that vowed not to come on AF after the exam until August, yet has been logging in 2-3 times a day since the exam… lol
