Any reason NOT to sit for the exam tomorrow?

If you were to fail, say in Band 1-3, does this leave you in a worse position than not taking the exam at all? I’m wondering if a bad score will follow you around in terms of disclosure to employers or any other meaningful way. I have no pride so I don’t care what people will think of me. I just want to know that my score is safe with me, even if I bomb it tomorrow.
 
If you do poorly - It can be like it never happened. I wouldn’t worry.
 
I have a friend who scored 38% in mock last year and never do a single schweser exam, not even finished 1st read of the whole syllabus, no EOC, he passed. I did everything and scored average 76% on schweser exams, 68% on cfai mock and failed. You can never know you pass if you don’t take the exam at all
