Anyone Began Registration for Jun 09???

hi,

After registration, within how many days do we get the material.

Can we first pay the 300 enrollment fee and then pay the 600 seperately for the exam. OR do we have have to pay them at the same time.

1- within a week (i got mine in 5 days)

2- all fees are paid once at the same time
