It's almost one and no e-mail or scores. I'm thinking it wont be released today...

The only possible reason in its favor is its done on Tues/Wed usually AND Toronto CFA's first Level 1 class is today, hence why do it today if results won't be out till tommorow!

i was watching the best fighter bombers .. B52 the best bomber since last 50 years //but thatz over now.. dunno what else to do.. proly will watch some best naval motherships.. now.. how long!!!!
 
I heard the the real estate market in Japan in turning up. Japn is now the best place to buy real estate. Do you know of any good JAPAN REITS.
 
Japan u kidding.. we are sitting on a 10 year delayed earthquake.. u wanna buy real estate in Japan!!
 
we have people coming in tomorrow raising money for a Japan RE fund but it is not a REIT so can't help you
 
I figured as much, but surprised at your response to real estate in Japan. I know of some extremely smart money moving into the Japanese real estate market.
 
guess u are well informed bt the japan reality market so go ahead make ur call. i would not go for reality in japan. Equity yes reality no..
most of the new huge contructions are due to open in 2007 creating big over supply out here in Tokyo... added to fact that second apt rates fall almost next day .. u wanna buy go ahead.. but i guess u better check out if it is just a hype till 2007 or real!!!
 
Yes, I concur with CFAJapan. The entire island of Japan sits on a plate line, which has been the source of some ridiculous earthquakes in the past. There is some periodicity of earthquakes and Japan has been long overdue for a major quake, upwards of 7+. Kinda scary considering that many of the buildings in Tokyo are not designed to withstand a severe earthquake.

Would hate to buy a place and have it turned to rubble.
 
Yeah.. I guess that's why places like LA, Mailbu, San Diego and San Francisco are so affordable in terms of housing and comercial real estate... are you guys analysts?
 
BUY JAPAN!!!! They have been in the dog house for eleven years, now they are now moving into condos, they have the highest savings rate lowest interest rates and the economy is improving.

If "results out today" were a futures contract the price would be rapidly falling I think........

you failed along with the 65% of the others who took the exam. there is no price to a futures contract. no money exchanged up front. the current value would have fallen.

You have to post margin with your broker, so unless you are doing that with your brilliant acumen and sarcasm, you have to do it with something of value (AKA cash)

How's that foot taste?
