Applying for CFA charter?

At least, I´d recommend to prepare all related things. You can get approval for your work experience and also name your (2 or 3) sponsors. After receiving the pass mail, you just need to file the PCS and pay your dues…

Do we need a cfa chartholder to confirm the workex or non chartholders will do ?
 
i got mine confirmed about a month ago and IF i pass i’ll be able to use the charter within a couple of weeks. If you don’t get your approved now, then prepare to wait a little while as there will probably be load of people all applying at the same time in August.
Getting a current charterholder as a reference is better than a non-charterholder.
 
You need two sponsors, if one of them is a Charterholder, else you need three.
Work experience will be approved by CFAI according to the data you provide!
 
I took care of getting my work experience approved & joined the CFAI and my local society after Level II. Now I just need to renew & pay my dues by July 15. So hopefully if I get good news on Aug. 11 I won’t have to wait too long for it to be official.
