Are mechanical pencils allowed on morning session? Writing in pen really makes me nervous….

If you write in pen, and encircle an answer and then change your mind, how to correct it ?

Which one you are going to use on exam? pen or pencil ?
 
This just threw me off:
Use a No. 2 or HB pencil or an erasable blue or black ink pen.
I thought standard pens were fine and that I still remember the whole contraversy as regards to the friction pen, with its ink disappearing in heat.
So what now? No standard pens allowed? Confused…
 
I’ve never used an erasible pen before… Any recommendation on which pen to buy for the exam?
