i got a simple question, are we allowed to write on the questions sheet?

Yes we can write on the question sheets!
I would recommend not writing on the answer sheet (except for bubbling in your answers obviously).

And if you have something derogatory to say about the exam questions, don’t sign your name to the question booklet.
