Bachelors/Masters equivalent?

I passed Level 3 this year and I’m in the process of applying for Hong Kong’s “Quality Migrant” visa. In the application they have a point system where you are awarded extra points based on the number of degrees you hold.
I don’t have the required work experience to be a Regular member yet so I am applying for an Affiliate membership. Am I able to classify having passed all three levels as equivalent to a Bachelors/Masters degree to increase my score in order to make my application more credible?

you’d be in violation of the code and standards, since completing the CFA exams is not the equivalent of having a degree of any kind.
