Hey:

I'm working on my company bio. I passed LIII but lack the 4 years of experience.

Is there are more concise way to say: "He has passed all three CFA examinations and expects to earn the right to use the CFA designation upon completion of the experience requirement" ?

I'm pretty sure I can't say, "earn the CFA charter" or become a CFA charter holder."

Note: I used the search function, but had litle luck.

Thanks in advance.

Passed Level 3 of the CFA examinations

Completed All CFA examinations

Both of these are fine. No need to go into details about how you expect to get the charter in the future etc. That will be understood by anybody in the industry who reads the above.

Same situation here. This is what I use:

"Passed all three levels of the CFA Program and will be eligible for the CFA charter upon completion of the required work experience."

That's quoted verbatim from Volume 1 of the CFAI L3 curriculum from 2008.
