At most of the BB's when do bonuses come out? I am hearing February but also hearing july. Do most companys give out an end-year and mid-year bonus? I mean most bb analyst programs start july, so by feb, do they get the full 100% or so bonus in feb? Also, lets say that you were a lateral hire into the analyst program after the program has begun. Does your bonus get prorated for the number of months left until bonus payment? thanks
