Where is a good place to find lists of boutique money managers and investment banks?

I would say to check out a state association for whatever you are looking for. I've checked websites for texas associations of VC , PE , and hedge funds but haven't seen anything for traditional mutual funds even though i am sure that they would be around.

I have an interview soon with a small I-Banking boutique firm. Can you all give me some advice on the questions I should be asking? What are some red flags? What are some signs it could be a great opportunity?
