Did anyone take the BSAS Bootcamp for Level III and pass the exam this year? I skipped it this year because the Level II bootcamp had so many holes in it.
Any thoughts (particularly from passers)?

are you in boston? hit me with an email - my screen name at gmail.
go sox!

I attended their bootcamp in ‘10 on my first attempt @L2 and I was not impressed. One of the instructors was so poor they re-offered that section (FRA) with another instructor a week later.
I attended Schweser’s boot camp this year for L2 and was fairly impressed. For L3, I plan on using Schweser’s boot camp again. Although I may sign up for the BSAS weekly classes if time and money permits.

Yup, I was there. She was pathetic. I passed in spite of that debacle, only to get kicked in the teeth by Level III this year.
Maybe I will just do that.
Plenty of time to figure it out, but I’d like to have my plan all together when I start studying next month.

There’s no BSAS bootcamp for level 3 (atleast not until this year)- only the weekly review course which runs from Jan to May. I did that this year and still got kicked in the teeth. I went fully prepared for every class after doing the readings and completing the EOC questions.
In retrospect, I think, though the instructors did a reasonable job, they did sort of send a message that the test’s easier than it was actually. Also they dont go through the material in any level of depth that’s required for the exam.
Overall, the classes were nothing phenomenal and on the negative side it may have led to some overconfidence(atleast for me). I did not use any classes for level 1 or 2 (though I did the BSAS bootcamp for level 2 which was terrible) and was pretty nervous when I took them but I passed comfortably. For level 3, I went in with full confidence having prepared much more than usual, came out feeling good and failed gloriously with band 9.

Thanks for the info. I can’t do weekly classes in person due to the nature of my job, so that’s not even an option.
