Can I update my Linkedin Now?

So I received the email “Activate Your CFA Institute Membership!” this morning after I submit my application yesterday. I worked in a hedge fund back office for 3 years and now I am a reporting analyst for commodity derivatives portfolios.
I activated my membership by paying $375. And could I say I am XXX,CFA now?

if you only submitted your application yesterday, it’s probably too soon.
if the CFAI website says CFA behind your name, you are good. if not, you have to wait for formal notice
