Can someone explain this statement? (Capital market expectation)

Per capital market expectations “never mind.. silly me” means I have no idea what the stock market is doing. I have no opinions to under weight or over weight any asset class. Thus I should be a passive investor and robo index…lol
 
Sachin had a good question, then thought it was better not to share, then Magician edited his silly post for grammar vs technical accuracy, now everybody is confused and unemployed. (and this smilie face looks like a donkey).
