Cash Flow Aggregate Accruals Formula

Can someone help to explain thanks in advance!
Why is it that for the formula for aggregate accruals (cash flow based) there no CFF, but only CFO and CFI?
Aggregate accruals (cash flow based) = NI - (CFO + CFI)
