Cash Flow related doubt

In cash flow statements, if there are short term borrowings and short term investments also given. how will we treat them?
Please let me know if the following is correct
Short term borrowings-Current Liability hence in Operating cash flows
short term investments less than 3 months- Cash equivalents
other short term investments - Current assets, hence operating cash flows

hold up, just to clarify, doesnt cash flow for held for trading securities all go into CFO?
