Continental Corp. reported sales revenue of $150K for the current year. If A/C Rec decreased by $10K during the year and accounts payable increased $4K, cash collections were?
I did: $150K + $10K + $4K = $164K. However, this is incorrect. Can someone please help me?

Accounts payable relate to purchases and not cash collected. The answer is 150k +10k
