CFA exam IN AUSTRALIA FIRST !!!

Yeah, those brainiacs in Oz have super hard questions. I think when they are starting it, it will be about 3 or 4 pm in NYC on Friday?
 
isn't every copy of every test in every region exactly the same?!
 
would have thght so too...interested to know the answer to this

Are the sequence of questions and mutiple choice answers same for all exam takers?

Do plp copy...and violate ETHICS !!
 
I could see sequence being varied to prevent people from cheating.


... as for ethics, there's a clear reason why the cfai text has an example about candidates in one time zone telling candidates in other times zones about questions for a reason :)

Make sure to post on AnalystForum the exact questions you encounter for those taking it a few timezones away. (This ensure you don't violate Standard III(B) - Fair dealing)
 
Exam in Sydney starts in 25 hours !!!

i think it's the same test but different versions/sequences.

in december, they had us fill in the version number on the scantrons.
 
yeah there were 2 versions. the main differences were the ordering of answer choices i think. and maybe on a couple of questions the numbers for the variables were slightly different. for example, for a DDM problem, they give you g=.05 instead of g=.06. that second part may not be true, but i think it was the case. we'll see after the exam
 
The guys in HK take their test on the 8th, and not the 7th. So us west coasters don't have an advantage over them... I don't know about Australia though.
 
im fairly sure our exam is on sunday the 8th im in Melbourne Australia...all this talk bout how my exam is in 24 hrs tho is kinda worrying me. i better recheck!

yep, melbourne is SUNDAY 8th, everyone is scaring the bejeebers out of me too with this 24 hour talk...
