CFA Institute publication. Weird stuff....

I started receiving some monthly publication from CFAI after getting my charter. Never really paid attention to it until today. I was looking at the Ethics forum (p. 19 of most recent issue). Some weird stuff in there!!!

Did anyone read about the Disciplinary notices? Like the guy with a summary suspension for being convicted of sexual assault. But the one that tops the list is the revocation of that Gustafsson... this is a piece of the article :

".... Gustafsson submitted a response to the Notice of Inquiry that contained content considered highly unprofessional and disrespectful, and included graphic, inappropriate images...."

And then they go on as to how he posted stuff on internet pornographic chat sites with his name including the designation.... this is top!

seriously, how did the dude pass all three levels if he clearly has no brain to speak of?

maybe he passed decades ago, has had a significant drinking problem since then, as well undergoing a full frontal lobotomy.
