CFA Level 3 Practice Exams

Can someone explain to me how to print out the mock exams offered on the CFAI website? Can it only be taken on a computer?

The mocks AM from the past year and the two PM for 2016 can be downloaded to PDF, the topic tests cannot as far as I know.
