Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone has experience with the membership application process. I currently do not have the experience required to get the charter (35 out of 48 months), so would it be beneficial to apply for membership now?
Thank you

From what I can tell, you can get the 35 months approved now, and start paying dues. Once you complete the other 13 months, then they’ll only have to verify those 13.
Personally–I would wait until I had all 48 months. The hard part’s over. The rest is just the passage of time and paperwork.

Thanks Greenman.
I was thinking about the benefits of becoming a regular member without the 48 months of experience. Seems like it’s the same thing as a non-member, but i agree the hard part is over! =)

Charterholders: How long does it typically take for the application to process? And what does “work experience review” entail? I put my job description and employer down but that’s really it… now worried I did something wrong…
