CFA mock exams availability

Couple of questions
1) Why are 2 * CFA mocks exams provided for L3? (Only remember 1 being available for L1 & L2)
2) Is it possible to get prior year pdf’s of CFAI mock PM sessions? (I have downloaded CFAI mocks AM 2009-2013).
3) Please confirm the CFAI don’t publish actual post PM session exams?
4) Do the ”assessments” on the CFAI website contain the same questions as mocks?

The “mocks” posted only appear to be a couple of item sets rather than actual exams….is that the case or am i missing something?
