From the cfai mock…am…question 56….can some one please explain the answer….this makes no sense to me…..what so ever…..and I think the mock is so poorly written sometimes….its disappointing….e.g….ethics question 9….tender…really? Could they not have said trading on material non public info…..just tender….that is completely lacking …….Idk what more to say…
