Anyone else finding that the official CFA online mocks arent good indicators of marks?
1. I often get 2 of exactly the same questions in a mock.
2. The q’s are randomized, so you can end up with a very high concentration on a LOS, whereas in reality the exam writters will probably spread the questions between LOS’s.
Also, what kind of marks is everyone getting in AM and PM? Just got a 66% in PM - is this okay?

1) I only had two very similar questions so far that differed in a tiny but important detail. Maybe double check that you did not miss something. From a programming point of view, it appears very easy to avoid the double draw of questions, so I would venture to guess that the CFAI took care of that. I am only guessing here though, if you really got double draws, then maybe send them an e-mail so they can fix it.
2) I noticed the same thing, nevertheless, the way I see it, as long as you get questions that challenge you (and you learn something new) the mock did its job. Whether it happens to be on one particular LOS on that one, so be it.

Also, at this point I would not obsess over your score but rather make sure you work on the areas where you have weaknesses.

I actually did a mock last week and saw 2 sets of double questions! - the answers were in a different order though, so technically theyre “different”

I would write them an e-mail, maybe they’ll fix it by the time you do mocks for Level 2.
