Question about CFA references. I recently changed jobs (~7 months ago), so I was in Job 1 for 41 months and job 2 for 7 months. My current boss isn’t a CFA charterholder, so my question is this: Which set of references would be better?
A. 2 CFA Charterholders from my old job (neither of them were my direct manager), but no current employer reference
B. 1 CFA Charterholder from my old job (not my direct manager), and my current employer (not a CFA charterholder).
For argument’s sake, let’s say both jobs are equally likely of getting approved at 70%.
