I am working crazy hours at work (100 hours plus a week) and I am envisaging the situation to remain the same for the next few months. I just opened the books and studied a couple of chapters.
There is the possibility that I will demand five weeks off from work in May - a sort of ultimatum to my employer.
Do you think I can pull off five weeks full-time on CFA, without virtually having studied any amount of content? Has anyone ever been in this situation before?
 
I’m behind you. I’m sure it has been done. Seems like English is not a problem for you. Seems like you’re already a PM. And psychologically, failing wouldn’t be too painful because you know you you did everything you possibly could.
 
Thank you oktavian. Actually, I work in Transaction Services / Banking at a Big Four firm.
 
From what I’ve read from you in the LII forum last spring you’re very smart. And smart people can study for almost everything in 5 weeks, including LIII. Once you’re used to studying with low energy at evenings & weekends after work, having the whole day and 100% of your focus & energy to study I think you’ll find you’ll progress very quickly. Although getting a first quick read done before those 5 weeks will probably help.
 
100 hours a week? Is that even possible??
If you have 5 weeks off I’d imagine you’d have a pretty good shot at passing. If you can put in 8 hours a day, 6 days a week with 1 day a week off for 5 weeks you’re at 240 hours. Good luck
