CFA statistics ? Fake?

Has anyone here ever question the truth of CFA statistics? When i referred to the historical exam’s result, it shows there are 86,970 candidates, who have passed level 3, in total since 1963. But when we referred to information under the tab “ABOUT” in this website , we can see the number of charterholders is 95,734. Generally, the number of charterholder should be less the number of candidates who have passed level 3. So i do question the truth of CFA statistics . Am i wrong ?

Naw, you’re reading the chart wrong.
86,970 candidates have passed Level III in the last decade.
139,279 candidates have passed Level III since 1963.
95,734 < 139,279.
It all adds up.

I also believe there are honorary charterholders, but don’t quote me on that.
