CFAI Material with schweser for CFA Level 1

I’m studying MBA in Canada (have taken only one finance and econ course so far). I’m also taking two finance courses (Investments and portfolio management + Financial management) in Fall. Undergrad - Computer Sci. Engineeing.
I started my preparation in July and till now I have completed Financial reporting, Fixed income (almost), and Corporate Finance. I left ethics and quant for Oct. The issue I have is that its hard to remember content from CFAI material as it is very broad and some of the content has been provided to strengthen the basics which is good.
I have marked many important things and points in the material which will help me to revise me what I have studied so far but I feel like I should start reading schweser books for revision and should go back to CFAI material If I feel any topic difficult.
What do you guys suggest? How should one revise this broad material? I haven’t done lot of problems but I make sure that I do all of BBs and EOC questions. Any advise would be highly appreciate.

I would’t take Schweser for review. You have plenty of time to do it from the CFAI books. I also started that early, completed all CFAI books and also underlined/marked important parts. I used to mark also important/problematic end of chapter problems. Once I completed readings and end of chapter problems I started practice problems and my theory review. This was according to the schedule I’d set in my TimePrep iPhone app. It suggested that I take theory review and it was excellent in combination with practice problems and mock exams which I selected also as a strategy element. In my theory review phase I read again only marked sections and selected end of chapter problems. I made it on time, but I wouldn’t if I hadn’t use TimePrep which guided me from the begining to the end of the study process.
