CFAI sample exams

I just found out that even though they have sample exams from 98 - 2003, most of the questions (if not all) in 00, 01, 02, and 03 exams are the same! What exactly is the point to post (really easy) samples that are the same?! To lure us in to buying the $50 exam on line?
