Anyone out there have the CFAI bundled readings for 2008 shipped to them in Brazil? Wondering what shipping and customs costs were. I am going to be in SP in November for unknown time, and wondering if I should have the books sent directly there instead of USA…CFAI has no idea about customs costs..
