Seriously? Their webiste really suck. Not user-friendly.
-Not straight foward to find the information you need.
-Hyperlinks don’t work or link to a wrong place.
-Hard to nagvigate
-Server is not stable
-Customer service quality needs to be improved. My friend sent an email to correct a passport issue a month ago, not getting a response because they don’t know how to open an encripted email. He called and was told it will take two days to correct the info. Two days? Do we still live in an Internet era?
What did they do with the candidates money? Can’t even invest in a better designed website or an upgraded sever?
Enough stress before the exam already. Now we have to deal with the website issue?
