Changes on the exam in the last few years.

For the purpose of looking at past exams. Do you guys know if the content of the Ethics and GIPS sections have been updated at all in the previous 2-3 years?
 
Someone correct me if I am wrong, I think the last major revisions to GIPS were in 2010. Ethics is largely the same.
 
GIPS was not in 2011 and 2014 due to major changes.. Ethics has been set at 10% but weights has been changed this year to 10-15%. There has been minor changes/only updates in Ethics standards
 
GIPS is included in ethics regarding topic weights. So the 5% more this year make sense if they didn’t include GIPS last year.

You’re completely wrong.. I wonder you had no idea about this until exam day and you get 3 Ethics item sets.. 10-15% is purely Etihcs. GIPS is 5% included in PM&Wealth Planning. GIPS is not part of Ethics as it used to be in L1
 
Sorry that I got it wrong. However, I have no problem with 3 item sets in Ethics, it’s usually one of my stronger topics. If that’d all be in the p.m., 60% would be ethics and GIPS, not bad :)
