I subscribe to the Schweser tip of the week and often there is a paragraph per section and they are relatively useful (I would rather have a page write up per section, but hey beggers can't be choosers). Anyhow this week's article on portfolio management is surprisingly insightful, and although the section is relatively straight forward. I think it's the most succint summary so far, check it out:
