I'm thinking of taking the CIPM exam in the Sept-Oct window but have found information on it to be very sparse.
In particular I'm keen to know how many hours of work are really required for this qualification. I know that the CIPM site on CFA Institute states that successful Principles candidates spent 63 hours preparing, but that seems very little for a 3 hour exam. As I have started a new job in the area of performance, I'd like to do this exam but don't know if I have enough time to prepare for the Sept-Oct 07 window.
Ideally I'd like to get in touch with someone who has either done the exam or is preparing for it at the moment, with a view to asking how much work is needed and also the level of difficulty of the material as on the face of it, it looks quite straightforward.
So if anyone could get in touch I'd appreciate it!
Thanks!
