Classifying Land

i was quite sure of myself when i marked LT investment... i they clearly said that it won't be used in normal operations

BTW guys how many questions did you guess meaning..you did not know the answers 100% so you took a 50-50 chance.

or a complete blinder...I am just trying to get a feel of where the score would be

I like to think that at least 50% of the questions I knew 100% and are 100% correct, and the rest I 'kinda' knew in the sense that I had to think about before making an 'educated' guess after some working out, none the less a guess cannot be confident that they are correct but the odds would be on my side. There must have been at most 5 questions in total that I had no clue about in which case Answer A was my answer :)

LT investment, since it was used for speculation, thus, profting from a price increase.

i put LT investment and there was no hesitation in my bubbling. +1.

I didnt write the test, but depending on the nature of the business and the timeframe a speculative purchase of land would be classified as a long term investment. If it was going to be sold soon itd be classified as inventory. So ya you guys are +1
