Has anyone come across a really compelling New Client Questionnaire geared towards higher net value clients? For instance, someone who is into things like stock options, charitable giving, multiple real property purchases and extensive global travel?

there's a lot of behavioural finance stuff in level 3 from which you could write a great questionaire.
