confusion on minority interest in LBO

I have a confusion
Suppose a company reports 100 shares as o/s in its 10-K. Also the minority interest shown is equal to 200
The current market price is $ 500
In this case the total equity value = 500*100= $50000. Does this include value of minority interest or just majourity shareholders?

I should think that it excludes the minority interest.
I could be wrong, though.
