Conservatism & Confirmation = under diversify?

All,
On Schweser they mention that one of the characteristics for Conservatism bias is holding stocks too long. That is obvious to me.
Now, under Confirmation Bias they mention this same characteristic but add up i) under diversification and ii) over concentration in the stock.
Why are these two last points not also included under the Conservatism bias? I mean, in the end, they both lead the individual to carry his/her portfolio with that particular stock (“holding investments too long”)
