DEC 06 EXAM STUDY GROUP NYC / JERSEY CITY

Hi Guys, You may wish to check out www.ace3levels.com. They are forming coaching groups right now for internet based collaborative sessions for the level 1 CFA exam in December 2006. It is run by a 2002 charterholder who works for a top 10 US bank. The next session for the internet class is scheduled for this Saturday, August 19 2006 at 7.00 pm IST or 9.30 AM EST. That NY Public library suck !!! It was so noisy...should have just stayed home.
 
I am on Long Island. Willing to travel to NYC if manhattan, queens or brooklyn location.

jbnjc - what is the ideal number of people you plan to have?
 
To my knowledge, no one has organized a study group. Prefer to send emails for Q&A.
 
Study Group to begin next Tuesday night in MID-Town Manhattan, 46th and Park Ave. Will give exact details to those who still have an interest. Please email me with all contact info if still interested, your email and contact (cell) phone numbers. My email address is [email protected]. To start I am looking at a minimum of two hours of group problem solving, between 6-8pm. For the first meeting I would like everyone to bring two problems from any topic area that they have had difficulty solving. The actual problem and solution should be on two seperate pieces of paper, and copies made for each member of the group. After the first meeting we can start a weekly schedule covering a specific topic, and still incorporate review of other areas. Please email me with specific interest ASAP. Looking to keep the group in the six to eight people area.
