Did you test center get cut? - Anyone write overseas?

I’ve registered for Level 3 (yay!!), but, my preferred test center (Buffalo, I refused to write in Toronto) was dropped.
My backup (Las Vegas) was also dropped.
I really don’t want to write in London Ontario, so my question is, does anyone have any experience writing in Europe? Italy/Germany/Switzerland/Greece/etc…
I figure I can tie it in with a vacation, have a week of relaxation, write the exam, followed by a week of recovery.
Just wondering what conditions are like, is the exam totally conducted in English, and are the test centers relatively accessible?

This is to confirm that exam is always totally conducted in English. So far wrote in two different countries both outside of English language area. You need only your valid international passport and exam ticket. If you decide taking the exam outside of your country, I’d recommend search for your accommodation place very close to your exam place and check the hotel room a couple of months prior examination.
